Requirements
Education:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
5-8 years in FMCG or F&B industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in sales growth, business development, and brand management.
Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales/CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and distribution channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Marketing & Brand Management
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product positioning and marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility across all channels.
Operations & Supply Chain Coordination
Work closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and distribution efficiency.
Implement cost-control measures and optimize operational processes.
Team Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the FMCG sales and operations team.
Set clear performance objectives, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a high-performance culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Financial & Reporting
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for FMCG operations.
Track sales performance, margins, and ROI on marketing initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
