We're looking for a sharp, resourceful, and highly driven
FMCG Sales & Channel Manager
to spearhead our market growth across Malaysia.
If you're someone who lives and breathes FMCG, loves cracking new retail channels, and enjoys building strong relationships with buyers and key accounts... you'll fit right in.
This role is a blend of strategy, hustle, and leadership. You'll help us get our brands into the right shelves, the right stores, and the right hands.

Identify new stockists, distributors, and retail partners to widen our footprint.
Develop long-term partnerships to ensure sustained growth.
2? Key Account Management
Handle negotiations with buyers and category managers.
Pitch new listings, manage promotions, and ensure product visibility.
Track category performance and ensure BKC brands stay competitive.
3? Purchaser Liaison
Work closely with purchasers from retail chains, wholesalers, and e-commerce partners.
Prepare sell-in proposals, costing sheets, and marketing plans for submission.
Maintain strong communication for smooth order flow and timely delivery.
4? Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a small but growing sales team.
Guide sales reps on GT coverage, merchandising standards, and route planning.
Monitor KPIs, motivate the team, and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
5? Assist Director in Daily Operations
Support the director in planning, execution, and reporting.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and finance teams.
Help streamline processes and maintain smooth daily operations.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience
, preferably in
personal care, hygiene, cosmetics, household or health-related categories
.
Strong network in GT or MT channels is a huge advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Able to think strategically and execute fast.
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing SME environment.
Leadership experience (even small teams) is a plus.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
