Job Responsibility Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy. Training staff to follow restaurant procedures. Maintaining safety and food quality standards Keeping customers happy and handling complaints Organizing schedules Keeping track of employees hours Recording payroll data Ordering food, linens, gloves, and other supplies while staying within budget limitations. Supervising daily shift operations Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed. Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations Job Requirements Minimum 3 years and above in F&B related industry with management experience and inventory management skill. Strong business accumen, creative problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonnal skills. Self-driven, highly motivated, positive, resilient, knowledgeable and competitive. Good analytical skills and attentive to customer\'s needs. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written) and able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus. Pleasant personality, team player and able to perform under stress. Possess own transport and able to travel outstation. Availability to start work immediately is preferred.
