Job Responsibilities: Manage F&B outlets day-to-day operations to ensure success of the operational department within budgeted guidelines and expected standards. Have a strong and decisive personality to ensure a great and collaborative atmosphere to achieve and maintain high satisfaction from customers. Ensure the restaurant is organized and restocked for full service and order the stock according to requirements. Maintain high socialize and able to resolve all issues from within management and from customers. Ensure low wastage level of products. Promotes teamwork among staff to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction. Provide training to new staff and enhance the service quality by monitoring staff\'s job scopes. Develop and implement F&B department policy and ensure all aspect to be in compliance with health and safety regulations Perform any other assignments as and when needed by the management.
