Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant at Royale Chulan Penang in Georgetown. The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for food preparation and service, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department. Qualifications Minimum SPM qualification Customer Service skills Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations Effective communication skills Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as part of a team Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
