Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Server at W Kuala Lumpur. The role of the Food and Beverage Server is to provide exceptional customer service to guests, with a focus on food service. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Experience in food service and an understanding of food and beverage preparation and service A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
