A customer-oriented person, to ensure that food and beverage operations run smoothly. Overseeing the activities of staff, extend warm greetings to guest upon arrival and usher them to allocated seats, and ensure that mis-en place/side station is all properly set-up before the shift commences. Should also be able to identify ways to decrease the operational costs.
Practice effective management skills and take necessary disciplinary actions to address poor staff performance. Should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a pleasant experience.
