Job Description
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in a related field is required.
- Good command of English language and Bahasa Malaysia, knowing Mandarin will be an advantage
- Must be computer literate.
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Reliable with ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
- Manage all Food and Beverages and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
