Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in a related field is required.
Good command of English language and Bahasa Malaysia, knowing Mandarin will be an advantage
Must be computer literate.
Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
Reliable with ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Manage all Food and Beverages and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
