About the role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant and bar facilities. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor, and you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of food and beverage staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and banquet, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness Providing hands-on supervision and training to food and beverage staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles Liaising with the kitchen team to coordinate the timely and accurate delivery of food orders Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and customer-focused manner Assisting with the implementation of new initiatives and procedures to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact Familiarity with food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
