Providing the desired standards of service delivery to patrons including greetings and taking food & beverage order. Have sound product knowledge of all Food & Beverages menu items to advise and recommend to guests.
Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.
Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
Assists servers and hosts whenever required by attentively serving food and Beverage drink including alcohol and non-alcoholic drink
To be thoroughly informed and updated on menu information including on-going promotions
Abide to the procedural flow for food ordering, collection and service
Accurately takes order from guests and firing of orders to kitchen
Develop a complete knowledge of menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods
Understanding customer demands, be proactive and strive to upsell all food & beverage items in accordance to demands of the customer
Be ready to answer any guest questions about the menu in a positive and concise way.
Properly bus the table throughout the meal. By dessert, all condiments, dirty dishes and silverware should be cleared, except appropriate silverware and beverage glasses that are not empty. Pay special attention to finer points of service, i.e., water glasses filled, checking back just after serving entree, keeping proper posture and being personable, but limiting conversation.
