1. Higher diploma or above, with over 2 years of experience in operations at or Meituan.2. Strong planning and resource integration abilities, capable of independently handling tasks such as initiating activities, advertising, executing events, evaluating results, and improving performance on delivery platforms.3. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to guide promotional activities based on data analysis.4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong execution and driving capabilities, proactive in work, and able to handle stress effectively.Additional Requirements1. Over 1 year of experience in delivery operations within the food and beverage industry, or over 1 year of experience in food and beverage marketing.2. Proficient in Excel, PPT, Office, Photoshop, and other office software.3. Experience with Meituan or is preferred.4. Strong sense of responsibility, service awareness, teamwork spirit, and execution ability; reliable in work and able to handle significant work pressure.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities1. Manage the operation of franchise delivery platforms uniformly, guide and supervise franchisees in providing delivery services, and enhance delivery sales, especially for new store delivery operations.2. Regularly organize and analyze delivery data from franchisees across various regions, and compile reports.3. Handle daily routine issues for stores, such as launching new products, updating images, removing stores, modifying delivery methods, etc.4. Familiar with the operation methods and rules of delivery platforms, capable of independently planning and executing activities, responsible for brand promotion on delivery platforms, and analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of activities to continuously improve.Additional Responsibilities1. Responsible for the overall operation and promotion of the brand on delivery platforms (e.g., Meituan, ).2. Manage and report the status and statistics of store launches, and provide real-time updates on overall delivery data for stores.3. Handle daily delivery activities and store issue resolution.4. Manage integration, coordination, and communication between the delivery platform and clients (franchise stores).Benefits1. Comprehensive salary of RM 3,000 - 10,000 (base salary + commission).2.
