Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshoot and repair machinery malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment breakdowns.
Collaborate with the production team to address technical issues affecting manufacturing processes.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a technician in a food manufacturing environment.
Technical diploma or relevant certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
