Duties and Responsibility - Monitor and ensure quality testing, inspection and recording incoming raw materials/packaging inspection - Assist in CCP monitoring. Ensure product quality compliance and report any non-conformance to superior - Shelf life study on products - Ensure factory operators follow a code of hygiene and GMP during product handling. - Conduct a premise and equipment hygiene and cleanliness inspection - Conduct monthly pest control services, ensure the pest control system is well maintained effectively. - Ensure calibration jobs carried out as in schedule - Assist in internal/external / supplier audit - Assist in Company internal projects and any ad hoc task from superior. Requirements: At least SPM qualification / Diploma holder in Food Science/Food Technology or any relevant courses Min 1 - 2 years working experience in the food industry in QA/QC Department.
