In charge of daily operational matter of the food market and ensure smooth operations flow
Be a key point of contact for tenants to build long-term and sustainable relationships, as well as commercial related enquiries: sales performance evaluation & support, communication, Tenancy & House Rules compliances & obligations and other general or operational enquiries.
Monitor Tenancy and License Expiry for leasing and ensure timely renewal
Check & monitor all hygiene standards for food market.
Schedule, manage and coordinate shipments.
To provide back-end administration support for the operation marketing team.
Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Ad hoc duties as required from time to time.
Job Requirements
Possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Business Administrative / Management or any related field.
At least 2 year of working experience.Experience in Food and Beverage management, Food And Beverage Operation will be added advantage
Possess and updated with comprehensive knowledge of local council, regulatory requirements and standards for HACCP
Computer literate, knowledge of computer Microsoft Operation.
Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
