1. Work in production and factory areas work closely to Production Team.
2. Responsible for QC activities (fill up daily forms, receiving raw materials, outgoing/final inspection finished goods, monitoring production processes, monitor cleanliness, pest control check etc.)
3. Prepare reports and filing daily.
4. To monitor & conduct daily QC testing/ inspection.
5. Ensure production personnel adhere to the code of hygiene and GMP during product handling.
6. Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic processing plant.
7. Daily reporting to FSO for daily QC activities according to GMP/HACCP/HALAL food manufacturing.
8. Responsible to check & ensure the quality of raw material, in-process product & finished goods.
9. To conduct and ensure quality testing, inspection and recording of incoming raw materials/goods / packaging inspection.
REQUIREMENT
Understands GMP, HACCP, ISA 202000, Halal standards.
Possess own transportation
Able to work under Rotational Shift and Overtime.
Strict and charismatic personalities.
Non-smoker or vaper
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
At least a Diploma in Food Science related study or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year's experiences in similar field. If candidate does not meet minimum education criteria, it shall possess at least 2 years working experience in food industry.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Possess effective communication, good interpersonal skills, resourceful and quick learner.
