Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
Handle cash and process payments efficiently
Assist with side duties such as stocking and restocking supplies
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries or concerns
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Food Server or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure
Good math and cash handling skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
