JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Food Service Executive Div / Dept : Food Service Location : HQ Reporting To : Head of Food Service JOB SUMMARY Assist Operations team including but not limited to preparation, training, ordering and sales analyst RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with Operations Team on new product launching
- Forecast ordering for allocation
- Developing the preparation SOP for Operations team
- Ensuring the outlets follow the SOPs when they are handling food products
- Guidance to Operations Team Sales Analyst, Wastage and Ordering
- Any ad-hoc task instructed by your superiors
- Possess Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Food Science/Food Technology /Culinary Arts or equivalent
- Experienced working in caf\xc3\xa9/restaurant/fast food
- Good in using Microsoft Office
- Able to convey in Bahasa and English
- Working experience in food product development process
