Position OverviewA store Supervisor is responsible for supervise the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, implement business strategies, arrange promotional material, and assist in training new staff.Responsibilities:Supervise Sales Staff and TrainingAssist in achieving Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goalsAssist in customer serviceMaintaining the overall image of the storeAssist Inventory handling such as stock re-ordering, Stock take and track your stock levels at all times.Supervise store daily operationsAssist in analysing store performance and handle customers enquiriesRequirements:Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or relevant experienced.At least 2-3 years working in retail or supervisory experience.Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Able to work on shift, 6 days per week including Public HolidayBenefits :Basic - 2,300.00 - 2,500.00Fixed CommissionMonthly Target Achievement CommissionExpected Monthly Income 2,600.00 - 3,000.00Public Holidays PayCompany uniform & ShoeStaff Purchase 50%- Upon confirmationAnnual LeaveMedical BenefitEPFSocsoQualified and interested candidates are request to contact 016-2273651 for an immediate interview appointmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthBenefits:
