Renew work permits, passports, PLKS, and FWCMS requirements on time.
Maintain updated records for all foreign workers.
Ensure full compliance with Immigration, JTK, CIDB, and relevant authorities.
Hostel & Accommodation Management
Oversee hostel conditions, cleanliness, safety, and utilities.
Ensure compliance with Act 446 (Minimum Standards of Housing).
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Manage hostel capacity and allocation.
Worker Welfare
Ensure workers' basic needs, safety, medical access, and grievances are addressed.
Coordinate clinic visits, insurance claims (SPIKPA/HRD), and incident reporting.
Handle onboarding, orientation, and cultural issues.

Recruitment & Deployment
Support recruitment agencies and sourcing for foreign workers.
Manage arrival, airport pickup, accommodation assignment, and project deployment.
Attendance & Admin Coordination
Track attendance, project movement, and worker distribution to sites.
Update HR and Site Managers on manpower availability.
Compliance & Audits
Ensure readiness for audits (Immigration/JTK/CSR).
Maintain proper documentation, contracts, and records.
Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on manpower, hostel status, permit renewals, and welfare issues.
Requirements
Experience in handling foreign workers in construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Immigration processes, FWCMS, PLKS, Act 446.
Ability to manage hostels and worker welfare issues.
Strong coordination and documentation skills.
Able to travel to sites and hostels when required.
