JOB SUMMARY To ensure all the ground landscaping and facilities machinery (corrective and preventive) work effectively and improvement works are carried out efficiently within the budget/ resources as per the department objectives and KPI set for all area within Albukhary Complex to support the client core business. Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating the repairing work according to priorities and urgency \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to produce schedule and monitor machines for PPM inspections. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report on progress for machine repairing to the respective HOU from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to organize and priorities routine/ periodical/ ad-hoc work \xe2\x80\xa2 To carry out random spot check on the machine \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to propose and provide suggestion matters related to repairing, purchasing any new machine. \xe2\x80\xa2 Play the role as supervisor/ foreman for mostly all machinery. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure sufficient machine arrangement in workplace. \xe2\x80\xa2 To find and source for spare parts. \xe2\x80\xa2 To be able to manage budget cost. \xe2\x80\xa2 To remove, inspect, repair, and install a variety of mechanical equipment and mechanical parts. \xe2\x80\xa2 To operate basic machines such as grinding, cutting, lathe, milling, super drill and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fabricate and assemble machinery parts and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Other assignments instructed by the management from time to time. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years working experience is preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduate is always welcome to join. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skills: Inspection, Repairing, Installation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Automotive or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in general maintenance on turbines, generator, pumps, valve and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in all names of equipment and machinery components such as pump, motor, valve, compressor and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to use all kinds of basic equipment (dial gauge, micrometer, vernier, calipcal). \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to understand machine requirement and repair work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Can work with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on with analytical and supervisory skills.
