Allocate general and daily responsibilities d. Supervise and train workers and tradespeople e. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate f. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met g. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment h. Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget i. Resolve problems when they arise j. Report on progress to managers, engineers etc. Requirement: a. Proven experience as construction foreman b. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines c. Understanding of piping, equipments and structure systems d. Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints f. Excellent organizational and leadership skills i. Ability to communicate and report effectively j. Good in mathematics h. Problem-solving abilities k. Good physical condition and stamina
