Our Client is a US international construction services company and is a leading builder in diverse and numerous market segments. For more than half a century, they have been providing world-class management services and been involved in the design and construction phases of building projects for worldwide customers.
The Forensic Planner will be responsible for the claims of the project. Understand and know prospective and forensic planning tasks including retrospective delay analysis. You will be familiar with the leading software packages and a thorough understanding of planning and delay analysis principles. Gather information required to create a strategic plan in a timely and efficient manner. Work together with the rest of the Planning Team.
Education and Experience
Candidates will have prior experience in delay analysis. Must have claims and arbitration support forensic experience. Must have used MS Project/Primavera P6.
