Job description
Ensure customs declarations comply with regulations. Identify and prepare the required shipment documents. Make sure the Forwarding Clerk submits declarations correctly in the proper system to avoid delays. Provide necessary information to Customs Authorities and act as a liaison between the company, customers, and customs when needed. Suggest solutions for customs tariffs that meet regulations and customer requirements, with supporting documents. Support the implementation of new regulations, procedures, and workflow processes related to forwarding.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Maritime Studies or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English 3 years - 4 years related experience in Logistics/Forwarding/Shipping Line is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Malaysia citizen.
