JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance. Interface with customers via phone call and email to attend to their general enquiries for rates, shipment booking and follow up shipment status. Manage forwarding activities and ensure that export good are cleared in a timely manner. Handle for export (K2/K3/K9/ZB2) permits required for customs submission. Experienced in EDI (Rank Alpha), DagangNet and Port VGM Submission. To request or compile necessary export documentation such as invoice,packing list, Certificate of Origin, other permit requirement. Creation of booking confirmation to the customers for shipment arrangement. Prepare Shipping Instruction, Bill of lading, Fumigation Certificate. Liase with customer and agents with proper HS codes and advice duty/tax amount upon enquiry. Monitor and update containers through the port system. (JCTS/NAVIS) In charge of all aspects of schedulling delivery and logistics planning. Handle logistics problem and generate alternative solution. Ensure the customer's service request, enquires and complaints are attended promptly. To determine and track duties and taxes payable and process payment to customs on behalf of customer.
