Job Description

:

1. Well verse in Dagang Net, Customs clearance procedures and formalities including OGA.

2. Prepare and coordinate Customs form and clearance for the import and export shipment via all Johor Customs stations, with strict compliance.

3. Have a good working knowledge of the HS codes, Import/Export license & AP.

4. Good working relationship with Customs and the relevant OGA.

5. Able to liaise with Unit Kawalan Agent and all relevant Customs departments.

6. Timely update of Customs clearance formalities both to internal and external customers.

7. Active communication with the haulage and trucking division.

8. Ensure the smooth running of the daily forwarding operation.

9. Ensure all documents are filed in a proper manner.

10. Assist the Head of Forwarding and Freight Forwarding Division in the daily task.

11. Escalate any issue to the immediate superior and the relevant departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
