Job Description

The

Station Supervisor

is responsible to manage a team of drivers and support staff and processes to ensure that the station/branch operates efficiently and effectively in the areas of pick-up and delivery, sorting and processing of consignments as well as general administration of the station/branch.

Key Activities / Accountabilities

Ensure timely and accurate pickups, deliveries, and documentation. Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid service disruption. Communicate service-impacting information clearly and quickly. Oversee consignment processing tasks including sorting, scanning, and tracking. Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) operations in line with SOP. Plan resources for new customer onboarding and SOP execution. Ensure equipment, systems, and vehicles are well-maintained. Lead and manage the team to meet KPIs and address performance gaps. Oversee office/warehouse upkeep, repairs, and regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety standards. Collaborate with other departments to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Diploma/Degree holder in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain or related fields. Those without tertiary qualification but with relevant working experience will be considered. Preferably 3-5 years working experience in Logistics industry. Experience at a supervisory level managing a team of delivery staff is preferred. Experience in Express, courier, freight forwarding / international courier / delivery or B2B oriented business services depot is preferred. Good with Microsoft Excel Technical Skills: Route planning, Transport management system software Competencies: People management, Planning and organising, Drive for results Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia required. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
