Oversee the daily operations of the petrol station to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Supervise and train station staff to maintain high performance, productivity, and customer service standards.
Handle cash management, sales transactions, and daily reporting accurately.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.
Inspect and maintain station equipment, fuel pumps, and cleanliness of the premises.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
Report operational or technical issues to the Station Manager and provide suggestions for improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENT
:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory or retail operations role (preferably in petrol station or service industry).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer systems for reporting and inventory management.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays with a responsible, committed, and reliable attitude.
