What You'll Do:
- Develop, test, and refine recipes and menu items through R&D.
- Run daily kitchen operations- Lead and train the kitchen team
- Monitor food cost, minimize wastage, and ensure profitability.
- Establish systems to ensure food consistency and quality at scale.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Founding Chef to shape the culinary identity of our new venture from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to go beyond leading a kitchen--to craft a distinctive food experience, develop signature recipes, and design scalable kitchen operations for long-term growth.
