Your New Role: Interact with a variety of organizations including internal engineering, design team and operation group as well as with external foundries. To drive complex issues to closure in a timely manner and clearly communicate the result. Appraise & review fabrication process changes to ensure consistency in quality. Work with Foundry / NPI team on device electrical characteristics, process tuning to meet the product performance/yield window. Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Bachelor or Master degree in Microelectronic, Physics, Electronic Engineering or Material Science 2 years working experience in semiconductor industry with exposure and experience in product testing and wafer fabrication experience are added advantages Good analytical and problem solving skill. Understanding of device physics, operations, data analysis techniques, ATE testing. Good interpersonal skills, a team player and able to work independently.
