Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible to prepare monthly performance reports across multiple departments including analysis and commentary. Work with internal finance team and operation team to understand/support month end closing activity including actual booking and accruals. Assist in periodic financial budgeting, forecasting planning and analysis activities which are aligned to achieve the Group\'s vision & mission, including acquisitions. Business partnering with sales and operations team to achieve business goal. To support/participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned within finance team. Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and improve overall business procedures. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent) Financial planning & analysis experience Possess strong financial analysis skills and business acumen Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt and work in a fast-changing environment Experience working with cross functional and regional teams from a variety of cultures and backgrounds and across different levels Organized, detailed and proactive able to work independently Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills PropertyGuruGroup is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative an learningenvironmentwith the best employees.
