Job Description
- Possess a diploma or degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
- Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese, English, and Malay languages is advantageous.
- Outgoing and personable disposition is highly appreciated.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have reliable transportation for commuting and travel purposes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is beneficial.
- Identify opportunities for network expansion, relocation and consolidating our service points.
- Source for potential commercial properties through various channel such as online listing, local real estate agent and networking.
- Perform property inspection, surveys and evaluate based on the rental cost, size and location to determine suitability that meet with our company\'s need.
- Prepare LOO and TA with Legal team, negotiate terms with landlords/agents.
- Maintain and update record of existing branches and property status.
