The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Assist with daily tasks related to monitoring and preventing driver fraud Support case handling and respond to fraud-related inquiries Prepare and maintain reports, trackers and dashboards to track fraud performance Contribute ideas to improve operational processes and drive efficiency in fraud monitoringRequirements:
Basic knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, simple formulas) Strong analytical and communication skills Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision * Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information responsibly
