- SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Basic English (Speak, Read & Type) and Traditional Mandarin (Read & Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 rotational working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Uptown Office, PJ
- Able to start working on 26 April 2023
- Need to handle all inbound and outbound in regarding to customers\' inquiries and issues regarding food ordering or delivering.
- Using problem solving skills in helping customers on any issues and provide satisfied service to them.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 2,500 - 3,500 basic (based on interview performance) + Up to RM 250 KPI + Up to RM 300 Night Shift + OT Claim
- 12 Days Annual leaves + 14 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
