Responsibilities



Control and double-check PSA BDP invoices, ensuring that all charges are correct Entering of invoices from suppliers, posting invoices, carrier invoice dispute process, managing rejected costs and monitoring of extra costs Communication with suppliers and customers Ensure that all documentation is completed neatly, professionally, accurately and error-free with all current information in proper order and within corporate standards for timelines Participate in cross training and learn the processes of other members of the facility so that you can cover their responsibilities in case of illness, vacation or during times of peak workload Ensure understanding and adherence to all customer requirements and operating standards Document, maintain and update work processes/procedures as they relate to each customer account o Know, understand, promote and uphold all corporate standards, procedures and policies Continually seek to improve productivity from quarter to quarter by identifying, learning and with approval from team leader Implement the most efficient method to complete each process, share processes with fellow team members. New processes shall conform to all corporate and customer standards and requirements As our company fully supports team spirit and cooperation, employee can be asked to support colleagues within the team or outside of the team if needed. Working Day : Monday till Friday
Working Hour - Follow European CET time zone
a. Daylight Saving Start: 2:00pm till 11:00pm MY Time
b. Daylight Saving End: 3:00pm till 12:00am MY Time

Evening shift allowance: RM550.00 per month

Required skills:



Knowledge of English, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail Critical thinker Good administrative skills Independent as well as team spirit worker Accountable approach towards assigned tasks Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications Logistics and Finance background is a big advantage
