We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Freight Assistant Manager

to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:



Lead and supervise customer service team in freight/logistics operations Handle and resolve customer inquiries and shipment issues efficiently Liaise with clients, oversea agents, shipping lines, transporters, and internal departments Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery and documentation Prepare reports and support continuous service improvement Assist in training and performance evaluation of team members Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction

Bukit Tinggi, Klang


Requirements:



Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Experience in freight forwarding / shipping / logistics is required (min 5 years)

Strong communication and coordination skills Responsible, Teamwork, Passionate. Leadership and problem-solving abilities Able to speak fluent Chinese & English as to be able to communicate with overseas agents. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
