Our client, an established international logistics services company is seeking suitable logistics candidates with previous experience to join their operations team based at Kelana Jaya. Candidates with a stable logistics work history in quoting and liaising with clients however with no previous ocean freight forwarding experience but enthusiastic to learn this side of business will be welcome to apply for this role. This is a non-customer role with relationship to other offices and close contact with shipping lines. The primary purpose of this position is to manage and operate LCL and FCL shipments across national boundaries within Australia and the Far East region. Daily duties:
Receipt of all LCL and FCL bookings from clients and partner network..
Regular update of progress of shipments.
Close interaction with vendors and overseas networks.
Requirements
Malaysian female preferred in age group 23-35.
Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in any discipline.
A good 2 years of work experience.
Confident communicator, especially in English.
Competent IT skills MS Office and internet applications.
