In this role, you will play a key role in managing and optimising the company's freight operations.If you are a detail-oriented and proactive person with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, view the job description below and apply now!Responsibilities
-Accurately manage incoming freight invoices, resolve deviations, and identify root causes to implement preventive measures.
-Regularly upload and update freight rates in the ERP system to ensure accurate data.
-Collaborate with forwarders to obtain competitive airfreight quotes.
-Conduct monthly reviews of fuel surcharges and update records accordingly.
-Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including Logistics, Carriers, Sourcing, and Accounts Payable, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
-Generate freight reports and actively contribute to process automation and optimisation initiatives.Required skills and experience
-Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
-Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must to support our operations in Greater China
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
-Eager to learn and grow, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
-Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.Qualifications
