Job Details
- Provide technical assistance and address network hardware and software issues for users in the Asia Pacific region.
- Work closely with colleagues to elevate and solve intricate technical challenges.
- Keep precise documentation of support tickets and their solutions.
- Offer exceptional customer service and assistance to end-users using various communication methods.
Hours: 6am - 6pm (Shift basis) ( 8 working hours, 1 hour break)Location: Kuala LumpurRequirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no experience are welcome.
- Proficiency in English and Malay languages.
- Strong knowledge of network hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.
