Job description:

The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer emails, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping customers. We are seeking candidates proficient in Japanese to better serve our Japanese speaking customers.

Location: Bangsar south (reachable by LRT)

Working days: Mon-Fri (730am-430pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Problem Resolution:

Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, guiding them through step-by-step solutions. Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. Stay updated on new product features, changes, and industry trends.

Data Management:

Accurately record customer details, inquiries, comments, and complaints. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience. Share feedback and suggest improvements to processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

Diploma/ Degree can be considered. Fresh grad studied onboard in Japan is added as advantages. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
