Handle disbursement processes, including invoice verification, data entry into the system, and preparation of drawdown requests.
Prepare and process agreements for execution, mailing, and stamping.
Monitor and follow up on pending documents with the sales team.
Track and manage payments for stamping to LHDN.
Ensure each customer's stamp certificate is properly organized and filed.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
