Attend to all customer inquiries through various channel of communication
Provide a positive, empathetic, enthusiastic and professional service towards the customer at all times
Proficient in company products and services knowledge to provide accurate information to customer in a timely manner as per company regulations
Collect feedback and establish a healthy and professional customer relationship
Monitor all community comments, complaints and messages and respond accordingly
Maintain all work records, transactions and documents
Carry out any other related task assigned by the company
Job Requirement
Education SPM or higher
Fluent language skill in Mandarin (China Market) and English
Ability to read and write in Mandarin
Typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) and above
Strong learning ability and communication skill
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem solving skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
