Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist engineers in setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment (e.g., injection molding machines, automation systems). Support process improvements to ensure smooth production flow, quality, and efficiency. Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and equipment records. Assist in implementation of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities. Coordinate with production, QA, maintenance, and R&D teams for new product setups or technical issues. Provide basic training and support to technicians/operators on equipment and processes. Carry out ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by engineers or management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field). Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years' related experience are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, or automation is an advantage. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts/vendors).
Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
