Customer service()

Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and process sales orders Support sales team in coordinating with customers and internal departments Maintain good relationships with existing customers and distributors Prepare reports and assist in sales forecasts or data analysis Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on after-sales matters etc

Production Planner()

Plan and coordinate the

production schedule

to meet customer and company requirements Support production operations to ensure

targets and deadlines

are achieved Handle

daily production coordination and scheduling

to ensure on-time delivery Manage

raw materials, packaging, and inventory control

effectively etc
