Job Description

Overall description: Follows standard practices and procedures to learn about components, subassemblies and processes used in the design of products. Reviews design approaches and works with senior Component Engineers to determine if components meet or exceed required product specifications and tolerances. Under the guidance of Senior Component Engineers, analyzes component suppliers to ensure quality of component parts as well as supplier viability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Documents selection of components/subassemblies to deliver required performance and compliance specifications - May interact with other engineering disciplines to define component requirements and/or modify component selections. - Works under guidance of Sr Component Engineers to analyze designs to learn about optimal selection of components and/or subassemblies under direction of more experienced engineers. - Read design plans, tolerances, and specifications for products and machinery. - Observes and follows standard practice in recommending suppliers, methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to manager. - Requires to handle and manage product design\'s electric component on the circuit board (no hands on work) - Requires to work with design team and component vendor on any electric component related issue - Verify component documents Note: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, abilities, and skills required of personnel so classified.

Skillsets Requirements - Preferred Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience - Understanding of the electrical and electro-mechanical engineering discipline. - Knowledge of electrical and electro-mechanical components. - Understanding of sustainable design practices - Preferred Work Experience (years): 1-2 years\' work experience - open for fresh graduates with relevant background - 1 year contract (renewable or conversion based on based on performance) - Good communication skills - Good in using Microsoft power point and excel
