Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm (5.5 days)
1) Front Desk & Customer Service
Greet, register, and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-in.
Provide basic information and direct customers to the appropriate staff or department.
2) Appointment & Scheduling Management
Arrange, confirm, and update customer appointments.
Coordinate, maintain & key in daily job schedules for technicians, worker & Project teams.
Follow up with customers on appointment reminders or rescheduling.
3) Administrative Support
Receive, log, and distribute parcels, documents, and letters for multiple companies.
Perform data entry, filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
Handle basic office admin tasks such as stationery tracking, office upkeep, and inventory checks.
Assist the management team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
4) General Office Coordination
Ensure front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Support day-to-day office operations and assist colleagues when required.
Job Requirements
1) SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
2) At least 1 year of experience in front desk, admin, or customer service (fresh graduates may apply).
3) Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (optional).
4) Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and well-organized.
5) Able to multitask, work independently, and handle a fast-paced environment.
