Manage office administration, including purchasing and maintaining stationery, equipment, pantry items, and inventory.
Perform SQL data entry, document filing, and maintain accurate company records.
Prepare quotations, POs, invoices, and job orders; update customers on service or job status.
Ensure invoices are up to date and follow up on customer payments and collections weekly.
Attend to walk-in customers and manage customer communications via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
Answer and follow up on phone calls with customers and vendors regarding appointments and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating correspondence with external parties.
