We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to manage reception duties, visitor handling, communication flow, and daily administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors professionally.
Manage and monitor access control.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, parcels, and delivery items.
Manage consignment and despatch.
Manage administrative paperwork.
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front desk and reception area.
Any other duty as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Pleasant, professional communication style and strong customer service skills.
Able to multitask, stay organised, and work independently.
Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Office).
Experience in receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
