Requirements

  • Minimum education is Secondary School or higher
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
  • Good written & verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoice / service job sheet or quotation to walk in customers or debtors
  • Good communication and polite with customers
  • Handling customers incoming phone calls
  • Follow up customers overdue payment & claim tyre
  • Update & check stock by weekly
  • Basic paper work - invoicing, date entry, filing and etc.
  • Self motivated & good attitude
  • Any other duties and responsibilities which the Management may assign from time to time.
