Guide & Welcome the visitor at the front desk.. Events Managemen t - Familiarizing with the relevant details of each event and its subsequent on-ground activation. Facilities Management - Scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities, including partnering with the relevant subject matter experts to ensure a well and safe office environment for our colleagues and visitors. Project Management - Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, purchasing, research, etc.) Executive Vice President (EVP) / Chief Innovation Officer (CIO)\'s Office - Management and Well-Being - Maintain the office and overall environment, keeping it with a welcoming aesthetic. Who are we looking for Preferable with working experience in hospitality: Front Desk / Reception - Hotel & Resorts, Premium Residences, Commercial Properties, Entertainment, Malls, Spa, Retailers, Event Management Promoters / Coordinators, Premium Coach\'s Conductors, etc.. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Possess good telephone etiquette and pleasant disposition and personality, committed and with good work ethics. Sabahan, Sarawakian and foreigners are encouraged to apply. - to create a diverse internal talent pool for Capabilities Efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
