Job Description

:

• Afternoon Shift from 2:00PM to 11:00 PM
• Night Shift from 11:00PM to 8:00AM
• Greet and welcome guests : To ensure a superb customer service experience.
• Manage check-in and out : Ensure check-in and out procedure is carried out promptly and efficiently in accordance to the procedure of the Hotel.
• Manage & Assists guests enquiries : Provide accurate updated information, places of interests and important tourist information upon guest request.
• Audit Room Quality : Verifies and check in room before guest arrival, Ensures the balance room to be received are the same as Hotel record.
• Perform all tasks as required by the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations to guests.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities when assigned by Management.
• Monitor activities in the hotel lobby and report any suspicious characters, items or/and activities to the Manager.
• Provide quality service to guests request/feedback, carry out service recovery measures and and following up with traces.
• Booking System : Perform administrative duties including booking system and reports compilation and generation.

Requirements :

• Open for Malaysian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Malaysia and who already has work permit.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required (hospitality/ short-term rent industry).
• Good command in spoken English and any additional languages is an added advantage.
• Service-oriented and passionate to work in the hospitality industry.
• Good administrative skills and the ability to use email and booking systems
• Able to take responsibility and work independently with strong initiative.
• Good team working skills.
